"I’ve been really happy with my..."
I’ve been really happy with my singer machine so far. I mostly use it for little repairs, and every now and then I run some thicker fabric through it, and it really hasn’t caused me any problems. It starts up easily, the stitches come out nice and even, and as long as I thread it the right way, it really doesn’t jam much. It’s not some super fancy machine, but it just works, and that’s really what I needed.

I reached out to singer with a question about my order, and while they did eventually get back to me, it took longer than I expected. The answer was helpful once I finally received it, so I wouldn’t say it was a terrible experience. Still, when you’re waiting to find out what’s going on with an order, the delay can be frustrating. I would’ve appreciated a quick apology or acknowledgement for the slow response

"Easy setup and solid first impression"
I ordered my machine from singer.com, my snap judgment was that it was going to be easy to deal with. I was right. Everything was packed clearly, and setup was painless. The bobbin part made me pause for a minute, but the manual cleared it up fast. I had it put together and sewing test stitches that same evening. So far, I’m really happy with it.

"Easy to Compare Singer Machines"
I was looking for a Singer machine with a few specific features, and singer.com made it really easy to compare different options. The filters were helpful, and I liked that the stitch details and included accessories were right there without having to dig around too much. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because some pages loaded a little slowly for me, and a couple of the details felt kind of unclear. Still, I found what I needed and felt really comfortable placing my order.

My order from singer.com showed up on time, and everything inside was totally fine. The outer box was kinda dented and one corner was a little crushed, so I was a bit worried when I first saw it. Luckily, the machine was packed really well inside and I don’t see any damage. They could maybe use a stronger shipping box, but overall I’m happy with it.

My gut feeling is that this is a handy little machine. It’s not too heavy, so carrying it from room to room hasn’t been a hassle at all. The only thing that gives me a bit of pause is the handle, I just wish it felt a little sturdier. Overall, it’s convenient and easy to use.

The order arrived fine, no issues there, and the machine does work like it should. I was just expecting a little more from the included accessories. Some of the basic stuff was there, but a couple pieces felt kind of cheap, cheap, and not really that useful. It’s not bad overall, just average for the price
